Ringkasan

Moreno menemukan bahwa tele (atau hubungan) adalah kekuatan yang kuat yang bekerja di bidang interpersonal. Membawa perhatian pada fenomena ini membantu orang untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang terlibat dan untuk secara lebih sadar menanggapi isyarat-isyarat dekat-bawah sadar yang sering muncul ini. Menghargai dinamika hubungan dapat membantu orang memilih pasangan dan kelompok mereka dengan lebih bijak dan mengenali preferensi autentik mereka sendiri. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang mempromosikan hubungan di antara anggota kelompok kemudian mengarah pada kohesi kelompok yang meningkat, kapasitas yang lebih besar untuk empati dan pertemuan, dan konteks yang lebih menguntungkan untuk bekerja melalui konflik antarpribadi.
